Weekend Detox programme near Pai Thailand

THREE DAY PROGRAM would begin with the guest arriving at the Lisu village in the evening of the
first day and continuing until 6:00 PM on the third day. The emphasis would
be on education to prepare the guest to be able to do the cleansing at home.
First evening:
6-7:00PM Guest arrives and invited to a light vegetarian meal.
7:30 Guest completes the health evaluation questionnaire and receives a consultation and explanation of the program. Guest’s health concerns are addressed.
Next Day:
7:00 Drink water upon awakening, at least one glass or more as you wish. About half-hour latter drink water with one large tablespoon of cleansing herb powder, mix well. Drink fast before powder turns to jelly.
7:30Eat light meal of fresh local fruit in season.
8:00 Yoga and Meditation
9:00 Herb Tea
9:15 Instructions on how to give one’s self an enema at home, actually doing the enema is optional.
10:15 – 12:00 Discussion on alternative health practices, lifestyle adjustments, and how to apply what you have learned to your daily life when you return home. A time for questions.
12: 00 Water or Herb tea with detox herbs.
1:00 Eat some non-acidic fruit.
1:15 –5:00 Receive a Lisu massage and further health and lifestyle group consultation.
5:00 Eat steamed vegetables or soup.
7:00 Alternative time for massage.
9:00 Meditation and teachers discourse and discussion.
10:00 Time to rest.
Second Day: Repeat first day with departure after dinner or as you wish.
Note: Tea, water and juice is available all day.
Upon returning home the guest would be encouraged to continue the program with a cleansing diet and invited to ask questions via email. Also the guest would be encouraged to return to the Homestay and do a longer program.
FEE: 3000 baht/person, includes 4 hours of instruction/day, room, delicious home cooked meals (mostly organic from our garden) and a relaxing Lisu massage.
